A word about flash…

Flash sheets have been the beating heart of tattooing since the days of old-school sailors and sideshow artists. Born in the gritty ports and back-alley shops of the early 20th-century America (and really all over), these bold, ready-to-wear designs were made to be quick, strong, and meaningful. Today we carry on the tradition in a more modern way with the integration of technology and varying style. I still create hand drawn and painted flash sheets which you can see on my Instagram or “Goods” page, but the ocassional digital flash sheet will pop up.

While the designs we wear may not always have the same meaning they once did, they are still powerful and beautiful pieces.
